Lodging Policies

  • Check-in time is (after)15:00.
  • Check-out time is (before)12:00.
  • General booking is reserved until 18:00 on the booked date. (potential lodgers who have made their deposits previously to assure their stay are not includrd in this policy.)
  • Extra beds service is provided to the Family Room lodgers, with extra bed surcharge.
  • If required, mattresses are available to general rooms,with extra mattress surcharge.
  • Extra-lodger charges include breakfast and using room facilities.
  • Breakfast is include in room rates of all room types.Each extra breakfast portion is surcharged by NT$100.
  • No Pets Allowed.

Rate Description

  • Cash, transferring of remittance,and all major credit are accepted.
  • Taxes and service charges are included in the room rates.
  • Rate discounts on weekdays:Sunday to Friday, The last day of holidays.
  • Rate discounts on holidays:Saturday, National holiday, Consecutive holidays, During the summer(7/1~8/31).
  • Room rate during the Chinese new year Holidays:No discount.

Booking instructions

  • Reservation Room: Call, Internet Booking, visit the Inn booking.
  • The amount of the down payment: Reservation or suit each 1000, during the Spring Festival: the total amount of the booking and packaged in full.

Cancellation policies

  • In cases of natural disasters,potential lodgers can claim to refund their reservation deposits.
  • Reservation deposits (after banking charges deducted) can be refunded due to natural disasters.
  • Potential lodgers who intend to cancel their reservations are suggested to retain three months of their booking validity, in cases of non-natural-disaster factors.
  • If cancellation of booking is still required, instead of retaining reservations, deposits refunding will be processed according to the following policies.
  • Full refund of deposit (after banking charges deducted) can be claimed, if refund is requested 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • 30% of the deposit will be collected, if refund is requested 10~13 day prior to the scheduled check –in date.
  • 50% of the deposit will be collected, if refund is requested 7~9 days prior to the scheduled check –in date.
  • 60% of the deposit will be collected, if refund is requested 4~6 days prior to the scheduled check –in date.
  • 70% of the deposit will be collected, if refund is requested 2~3 days prior to the scheduled check –in date.
  • 80% of the deposit will be collected, if refund is requested 1 days before the scheduled check –in date.
  • Full sum of the deposit will be collected, if refund is requested on the check–in date.
